Achari Chicken Roast 

Ingredient's 

Chicken - 1000g 
Potatoes - ½ kg
Tomatoes - 2  
Onions - 4 (small)
Green chilies - 4
Coriander leaves - as required 

Dry Spice's 

Homemade achari masala - 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Yogurt - 3 tbsp 
Cooking oil / Mustard oil - 3 tbsp 
Crushed red chili - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp (Leveled)
Salt - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1½ tbsp 

When you are ready to roast, Pre-heat your oven at 350F° for 15 minute's. 
Roast the chicken until golden brown in colour for approx 40-45 minute's
