Aloo ka samosa

Ingredient's

All purpose flour - 2 cup 

Tap water - 1 glass 

Boiled Peas - ¼ cup

Oil - ¼ cup

Potatoes - 200g

Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp 

Green chilies - 1 tsp

Mint leaves - 1 tbsp 

Ginger -1 tsp

Coriander seeds - 1 tsp

Carom seeds - ¼ tsp 

Cumin seeds - 1 tsp 

Black seeds - 1 tsp

Red chilies powder - 1 tsp  

Mustard seeds - ½ tsp 

Turmeric powder - ½ tsp 

Crushed chili - 1 tsp 

Salt - as required
