Yogurt - 250g 

Homemade Biryani masala - 6 tbsp

Boiled Rice

Rice - 1kg
Salt - 1 tbsp
Cumin seed - 1 tsp
Black pepper - ½ tsp 
Star Anise - 3
Cinnamon Stick - 2inch x 2
