Bohri Biryani

Ingredients

750g Chop's / Meat / Chicken
 500g Potatoes 
 250g Yogurt
  150g Brown Onion  

Mix Green spices in copper  

2 tbsp Coriander leaves (Chopped)
 8 to 9 Green Chilies
1 tbsp Garlic (Chopped)
½ tbsp Ginger (Chopped)

Rice

½ Kg Rice
1 tsp Coriander Seed
 2 Bay Leaves
 2 to 3 Cinnamon Sticks
1 tsp Salt 
Half tsp Whole Black
2 Star Anise

Dry spices 

  1 tsp Red chili Powder
1 tsp mix Garam masala powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
          ½ tsp Nutmeg and mace powder
½ tsp Cardamom Powder  
1½ tsp Salt

Whole spices for curry

3 Bay Leaves
½ Whole Black Pepper
5 to 6 Cloves 
2 Star Anise
  ½  cup Oil or (as required)
