50g cumin seeds/ zeera ( roasted)

50g coriander seeds/ Sabit dhanya ( roasted)

50g fennel seeds/ saunf  ( roasted )

50g whole dry red chilies/ Surq Mirch  (roasted )

50g Black salt 

1 tsp citric acid /  Tartri 

1 tbsp  carom seeds/ ajwain ( roasted)

1 tbsp whole black pepper /Kali Mirch  ( roasted )

1/2 tsp Noshadar

1/2  asafoetida / heeng ( roasted) 

1/2 dry mints powder / Pudina
