Chargha Biryani 

Ingredients

1 - Whole chicken (Without skin)
400g - Boneless chicken (Optional)
1 ½ tbsp - Lemon juice 
¼ tsp - Red Food colour
3 tbsp - Butter 
½ kg - Yogurt 
½ cup - Brown onion 
as required - Mint leaves
1 - Lemon 
as required - Green chilies 
1 tbsp - Ginger (Julienne Cut) 
2 tbsp - Ginger garlic paste

Rice

750g - Rice
1 cup - Peas (Optional)
4 - Cinnamon sticks 
2 - Black cardamom 
5 - Cloves 
7 - Green cardamom 
As required - Salt 
2 - Chicken cubs

Dry spices

1 ½ tsp - Paprika powder
½ tsp - Mango powder 
½ tsp - Nutmeg and mace powder
As required - Salt
1 ½ tsp - Garam masala 
2 tsp - Coriander powder (Roasted)

2 tsp - Red chili powder
1 tsp - Turmeric powder
1 ½ tsp - Black pepper
