Ingredient's 

- 1kg Chicken 

- ½ cup Brown Onion

- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

- 4 to 5 Large Tomatoes (Sliced) 

- 400g Yogurt 

For Layer 

- ½ Cup Coriander leaves

- 2 Large Tomatoes (Sliced)

- 1 Large Lemon

- 2 tbsp Ginger (Julienne) 

- 10 to 12 Green Chilies 

Dry Spices

- 2 Bay Leafs

- 2 Cinnamon sticks 

- 2 Chicken cubs

- 1 tsp Paprika powder

- ½ tsp Turmeric powder

- 4 tbsp Homemade kahari masala 

- 5 Green cardamon

- 11 Cloves

- salt as required

Boiled Rice

- 1kg Rice
- 1 tbsp Salt 

- 2 Bay leafs

- 1 tsp Cumin seeds

- 4 to 5 Cloves

- 4 to 5 Green cardamon

- 1 Cinnamon stick
