Green chilies - 1 tbsp 

Spinger onion - ¼ cup 

Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 tsp  

White Vinegar - 1 tsp 

Coriander seeds - ½ tsp 

Cumin seeds - ½ tsp 

Turmeric powder - ½ tsp 

White pepper - ½ tsp 

Carom seeds - ¼ tsp 

Food colour - ¼ tsp 

Red chili powder - 1 tsp

salts - as required
