Chicken Tikka Biryani
Coriander Leaves - ½ cup
Tomato - 3 finely sliced
Mint Leaves- ½ cup
Lemon juice - 4 tbsp
Yogurt - 1 and half cup
2 Onion - Chopped and brown it
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Plums - 8 to 10
Red Chili powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala ( aromatic spices ) - 1 tbsp ( grinded )
Cardamom - 1 tsp ( grinded )
Mace & Nutmeg powder - 1 tsp
Grind & Roast these spices together
Ajwain ( Thymol seeds ) - ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Marinate chicken with salt, Cardamom - ½ tsp, Mace & Nutmeg powder - ½ tsp, Top spice powder - 1 tsp, ground red chilli - 1 tsp, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste,
(Ajwain ( Thymol seeds ),Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds), yogurt - 4 tbsp, oil - 5tbsp. half tsp food colour for 2 hours.
Steam with coal and leave for 10 mins.
Then add oil in a frying pan and cook chicken until it becomes tender.
Heat oil in a pan in next stove and add fried onion.
Now add ginger and garlic paste, finely chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, Thymol, Coriander, Cumin powder, aromatic spices, Plums, yogurt and salt 1tsp.
Then add chicken and mix well.
Boil rice with whole all spice.
Make layers in a separate pan; one of rice and one of gravy and add tomatoes, green chilli, coriander leaves and again rice, then add rose water and food colour and milk. steam for a 15 mins.
