Chinese Samosa

Ingredients

Samosa sheets - 1 Packet

chicken - 2 Breast piece 

Onion 2 sliced finely

Bell peppers ( Green whole, Yellow half, and Red half ) finely chopped

Green chili 2 chopped finely

Coriander leaves - 1 cup finely chopped 

    white pepper powder  ½ tsp

Salt  ½ tsp

 Black pepper powder - 1 tsp

oregano - 1 tsp

Method 

- Boil Chicken pieces with ½ tsp salt, ½ black pepper and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 
In a wok, add oil and heat on medium flame.
Now add a finely sliced onion, a finely sliced green chili, bell peppers and stir fry them in high flame
Now add  white pepper powder  ½tsp,  Salt  ½tsp,  Black pepper powder - 1 tsp,  oregano - 1 tsp 
and 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
Mix well and too quick until finely combined 
Remove from flame and let it cool
Put a portion of mince mixture on the samosa sheet and fold
Seal it with a runny batter of 1 egg ( or any batter like of flour and water or egg white )
Repeat same with all samosa sheets 
In a wok, heat oil and fry samosas
Serve delicious hot samosas with your favorite dip- Boil Chicken's pieces with ½ tsp salt, ½ black pepper and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
