Dal Pakhtooni

Ingredients -

3/4 cup - Mash Ki Dal ( Urad )
110g - Butter
1 Cup - Fresh Cream ( PS: any fresh cream available, fresh cream is not whipping cream ) 
1 ( large) -  Tomato, Puree
1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic Paste 
1 tsp - Garam masala powder, (Not Roasted)
1/2 Tsp - Salt 

FOR DAL - 
- Soak the dal overnight 
 
FOR BOILING ( DAL ) - 
- 2-3 cups of water
- 1 1/2 Tsp - Red chili powder
- 3/4 Tsp - Salt
