FCD

Ingredient's 

- 2kg Meat (Mutton)
- 250g bengal gram (Chanay Ki daal)
- 40g Yellow gram ( Moong daal)
- 40g red gram ( Masoor daal)
- 40g White gram ( Urad daal)
- 100g Barley / Oats 
- 150g Crushed Wheat
- ½ cup Fried Onion
- 3½ tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 

Dry Spice's 

- 1½ tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1½ tbsp Chat Masala Powder
- 3 tbsp Red chili Powder (heaped) 
- 1½ tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp black cumin powder (heaped)
- 1 tsp green cardamon powder (heaped)
- 1 tsp Nut meg and mace powder (leveled)
- 1½ cup / as req oil
- salt as req
- water as req
- 1/2 tsp Essence or 1 tbsp rose water 

Garnishing 

- Coriander Leaves as req ( fine chopped)
- Lemon as req 
- Ginger ( Julienne cut)
- Green Chilies as req (fine chopped)
- 1 cup Brown Onion
