1½ Kg - Mutton chops
1½ Kg - Rice
½ Cup - Oil
3 tbsp - Butter 
250g - Yogurt
750g - Potatoes 
1 Cup - Brown Onion
2 Large - Tomatoes
14 - Green chilies 
10 - Dry plums 
1 Large - Lemon 
½  Cup - Mints 

Dry Spices

1½ tsp - Red chili powder
1½ tsp - Paprika powder
1½ tsp - Garam Masala powder
1 tbsp - Roasted Coriander powder
½ tsp - Nutmeg & mace powder
Salt as required 

Whole spices

13 - Green cardamom 
8 - Cloves
3 - Cinnamon sticks
3 - Black cardamom
4 - Bay leafs
