Fresh cream OR Cooking cream - 150g
Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves - ½ bunch 
Mints leaves - ½ bunch
Chicken cubs - 2

Green Paste

Green chilies - 10 
Un-roasted Almonds - 2 tbsp
Un-roasted Chewnuts - 2 tbsp
Desiccated Or Fresh coconut - ¼ cup 
Milk - as required 

Boiled rice

Rice *good quality basmati rice* - 1 kg
Salt - 1 tbsp 
Cumin - 1 tsp 
Cinnamon sticks - 2 
Cloves - 4 to 5 
Green cardamon - 4 to 5
Yellow food colour - ¼ tsp 
Red food colour - ¼ tsp
Kewra essence - ¼ tsp
