Fish Ka Salan

Ingredients 


  • 750g Fish 
  • 1/2 cup of Onion Paste
  • 150g Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp poppy seed 
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice 
  • Coriander Leave ( as required )
  • 2 to 3 Green Chilies

Dry Spice's


  • 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder 
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Crushed Coconut 
  • Salt ( as required )
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Dry fenugreek leaves
