- 1 kg Fish
- 3 tbsp Yogurt
-1 ½ tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 4 to 5 tbsp Gram flour
- Water as required 

Roasted Spice's 

- 1 tsp Crushed red chili 
- ½ tsp Mustard seeds
- ¼ tsp fenugreak seeds
- 6 Cloves
- ½ tsp Pepper corn

- ½ Roasted Ajwain Powder
- 1½ Roasted Coriander Powder
- 1½ Roasted Cumin Powder
- ¼ tsp Food Colour
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder ( Leveled)
- 1 tsp Dry Fenugreak Leaves
- Salt as required
