Ingredient's

- 1kg Chicken

- 1½ tbsp ginger garlic paste

- 250g yogurt

- ½ cup green chili

- 1 bunch coriander leave

- 1 bunch mint leave

- ½ cup Brown Onion

- 12 to 13 Dry Plums

Dry Spices

- 3 cinnamon sticks

- ½ tbsp black pepper 

- 3 star anise

- 3 black cardamon 

- 3 bay leafs

- 2 chicken cubs

-  1 tsp green cardamon 

- 1 tbsp black cumin seeds

- ½ tsp cloves 

- 4 black cardamon and 1½ tsp green cardamon ( grind them )

- 1 tsp nutmeg and mace powder

- salt as required
