Ginger garlic paste - 1½ tbsp
Coriander leaves -  ¼ bunch 
Green chilies - 2
Ginger (julienne cut) - For garnishing 

Dry spice's 

Red chili flasks - 1 tsp

Carom seeds - ¼  tsp

Salt - 1 tsp 

Cumin seeds (dry roast) - 1 tsp 

Coriander seeds (dry roast) -  1½ tsp

Turmeric powder - ½ tsp 

Garam masala powder - 1 tsp

Red chili powder - 1 tsp
