Chicken - 1½ kg 
Rice - 1 kg
Cooking cream - 400g
Butter - 50g
Ginger garlic paste - 1½ tbsp
Green chili paste -  ¼ cup
Yogurt - 500g
Coriander leaves (Fine chopped) - 1 bunch
Mint leaves - 1 bunch
Green chilies - As required
Onion (Fine chopped) - 2 large / Green tomato - 2 or 3 large
Brown onion - ¼ cup
Yellow food colour - ¼ tsp
Essence - ½ tsp

Dry spices

Cumin powder (roasted) - 1½ tsp 
Cumin seeds (unroasted) - 1 tsp
Whole black cardamon - 3 
Whole green cardamon - 7 
Green cardamon powder - 1 tsp
 White pepper - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1½ tsp
Red chili powder - 1½ tsp
Salt - as required 
Oil - ¾ cup
