- 2 Aubergine (Medium)

- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves

- 1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves

- all purpose flour as req

- 3 tbsp yogurt

- 2 tbsp butter (salted or unsalted)

- Gee as req

Dry Spice's 

- 1 ½ tsp chaat masala

- ¼ tsp carom powder

- ½ tsp black pepper

- 1 ½ tsp red chili powder

- ½ tsp turmeric powder

- 1 ½ tsp coriander powder

- ½ tsp black salt 

- salt as req
