FCD

Ingredient's 

- 750g meat
- 500g potatoes 
- 150g brown onion
- 750ml yogurt  
- 1 ½ tbsp papaya or 1 ½ tsp meat tenderizer
- 2 tomatoes ( sliced)
- 6 to 7 green chilles 
- 1 or 2 tbsp -ginger ( julienne cut)
- ½ lemon ( sliced)
- mint leaves as required 
- 1 ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste 
- 4 tbsp biryani masala (home made) 

For Rice

- 750g rice
- 1 tbsp salt 
- 1 tsp cumin seed
- ½ tsp pepper con 
- 1 stick cinnamon 
- 4 to 5 cloves 
- 4 to 5 green cardamon
- 3 black cardamon 
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
