Ingredient's

- Half kg (Mutton liver)
- 2 Heart 
- 4 Kidney  
- 250g yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup onion 
- ¼ cup coriander leaves
- 4 to 5 green chilies 
- 1 lemon (small)

Dry Spice's

- 1 ½ tsp red chili powder
-  ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 chicken cub (optional)
- salt as required 
- 1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves
- oil as required
