Ingredient's

 5 tbsp - coriander powder

5 tbsp - red chili powder

5 tbsp - cumin powder

2 1/2 - dry ginger 

2 1/2 tbsp - citric acid powder
5 tbsp - fennel powder
1 1/2 tbsp - nutmeg and mace powder

1 1/2 tbsp - black cardamom powder

2 tbsp - Star anise powder

2 tbsp - Salt


For 1kg meat use 4 tbsp masala
