Peas Pulao (Matar Pulao)

Ingredients 

500kg - Rice (good quality basmati) 
½ kg - Fresh grilled peas
1 - Onion (large)
2 - Tomatoes (medium) 
¼ cup - Yogurt 
(Brown onion as required for garnishment) 
½ cup - Mint leaves
(Salt as required)
1½ tbsp - Garam masala
1½ tbsp - Green chili paste
2 tbsp - Julian Cut ginger
2 tbsp - Ginger garlic paste
750ml - Water

Whole Spice's

2 - Chicken cubes
2 - Bay leafs 
2 - Cinnamon sticks
10 to 12 - Green cardamom 
7 to 8 - Cloves
2 - Black cardamom 
½ tsp - Whole black pepper 
1 tbsp - Cumin seeds
