Ingerdient's

- 1 kg Beef Mince

- 2 eggs

- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

- 4 tbsp butter

- 1 large Onions

- ½ cup mace flour

- 1 large tomatoes ( seedless)

- ½ cup coriander leaves

- 2 tbsp green chilies ( chopped)

- 1 to 2 tbsp lemon juice

Dry spices

- Salt as required

- 1½ tbsp roasted coriander seeds

- 1 tbsp chili flasks 

- 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds

- 1 tbsp Chaat masala

- 1 tbsp red chili powder

- 1½ tbsp roasted cumin seeds
