1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste

3 to 4 tbsp - Tamarind Pulp 

1 tsp - Coriander powder (light roasted)

1 tsp - Red chili powder

½ tsp - Turmeric powder

¼ tsp - Asafoetida

½ tsp - Black pepper

1 tsp - Chaat Masala 

1  tsp - Baking Soda 

½ tsp - Garam Masala powder
As required - Salt 

For Paste

2 - Tomatoes (Medium)

5 to 6 - Green Chilies

1 Bunch - Coriander leaves

For garnish 

As required - Onion

As required - Coriander leaves

As required - Green Chilies
