FCD

Ingredient's 

- 5 raw mango
- 250g sugar
- 2 cup water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ice as required 
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 7 to 8 mint leaves 

Method

  1. rinse the raw mangoes in water.
  2. Cook the raw mangoes in a pan till they become completely soft and pulpy.
  3. remove the peel and take out the mango pulp
  4. add mango pulp, sugar syurp, ice cubes, black pepper, black salt, roasted cumin powder, mint leaves and lemon juice
  5. blend them.
