Red Velvet Cake

Ingredients 

2 ½ - All purpose flour
1½ - Granulated sugar
1 Cup - Butter (room temperature)
2 tbsp - Coco powder 
1 tsp - Salt (leveled) 
1 tsp - Baking soda 
1 tsp - Baking powder
2 - Eggs
1 tbsp - White vinegar
1 cup - Butter milk 
As required - Food colour 
1 tsp - Vanilla extract 

Frosting

1 Cup - Icing sugar 
300g - Cream cheese
2 packet's - Whipping cream powder / 1½ cup - Whipping cream 
1 Cup - Cold Milk 
1 tsp - Vanilla extract
