FOR CURRY - 

 

Meat - 1 kg

Ginger paste - 1 tbsp

Garlic Paste  1 t sp

Brown Onion - 1/2 cup

Yogurt - 50ml

Bombay masala - 4 tbsp

Potatoes - 1/2 kg/or as u like

Salt - 1 1/2 tsp


FOR RICE - 


Rice - 1 kg ( Good Quality Basamati )
Bay Leaf - 2 to 3

Green chilies - 10 to 12

Black cumin seed - t tsp

Cinnamon stick - 2 piece

cloves - 2 - 3

cardamom - 2/3 

Star anise - 2

Salt - 1 tbsp 

Water - as req

Food colour - 1/4 tsp 

Kewra Esssence -  1/2 tsp

Farah Naz
