Ingredient's

- 1 kg mustard leaves
- ½ kg spinach leaves
- 250g fenugreek leaves
- 2 to 3 cups of water
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1½ tbsp green chili paste
- 4 tbsp maize flour (light roasted)
- ½ cup milk 
- 50g butter ( salted or unsalted)
- 1 large onion ( chopped)
- 2½ tbsp garlic (chopped)
- 3 tbsp ginger (chopped)
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1½ tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder (leveled)
- 8 to 10 whole chili
- salt as required
- ¼ cup oil
