Yogurt - 250g

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp 

Coriander leaves - 1 bunch

Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch

Lemon - 1 

Brown onion - 1 cup

Green chilies - 15

Rice

Rice - 1 kg 

Salt - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon - 2 sticks

Cloves - 4 to 5

Green Cardamon - 4 to 5

Black pepper - 1/2 tsp 

Bay leafs - 2

Dry spice's

Dry Coriander powder (roasted) - 2 tbsp

Chili powder - 1 1/2 tbsp 

Turmeric powder - 1 tsp (leveled)

Nutmeg and mace powder - 1/2 tsp 

Garam masla powder - 1 tbsp 

Cardamon powder - 1 tsp ( leveled)

Food colour - 1/4 tsp 

Chicken cubs - 2 

Bay leafs - 3 

Cinnamon sticks - 2

Green cardamon - 5 to 6

Salt - 1 tsp or as required 

Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
