South Indian Biryani

Ingredients 

1 kg - Beef 
750g - Rice (Basmati rice)
2 tsp - Ginger garlic paste 
3 tbsp - Homemade biryani masala 
2 - Onion (Medium) 
½ cup- Mint leaves 
2 - Lemon 
4 - glass of lukewarm water
1 - Tomato (Large)
½  cup - Coriander leaves
1 ½ tsp - Whole garam masala powder
½ tsp - Turmeric powder
1 ½  tsp - Paprika powder 
Salt as required

Pasta

400g - Yogurt

2 tbsp - cashew nuts
½ cup - Fresh coconut (dessicated) 
5 to 6 - Green chilies 

Whole Spices 

2 - Bay leaves 
2 - Black cardamom 
8 - Green cardamom 

3 - Star anise 
9 - Cloves
1 - Cinnamon stick
