Ingredient's

- 3 tbsp coriander seeds (roasted)
- 3 tbsp cumin seeds (roasted)
- 6 bay leaf (roasted)
- 1 tsp black peppercorns (roasted)
- 1 tsp cloves (roasted and leveled)
- ½ tsp fenugreek seeds (roasted)
- 1 tsp mace powder (un-roasted) 
- 9 Black Cardamoms (roasted) 
- 2 Cinnamon stick (roasted) (take 4 to 5 inch of cinnamon, break them and roast them )
- 2 tbsp Ginger powder
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder

- 3 tbsp red chili powder

- 1 tbsp Salt
