Rice - 1kg

Chopped Onion - 3 ( Medium )  

Green Chilli Paste - 2 tbsp

Ginger, Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp 

Almond - 150g ( Crush/Chop, then form into a paste)

Thick Cream - ½ cup

Brown Onion -  1 (Large)

Curd - 1 Cup

Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp

 DRY SPICES

Ground Black Pepper - 1½ tsp 

Ground White Pepper - 1 tsp

Mix Garam Masala - 1½ tsp

Nutmeg & Mace Powder - 1/2 tsp

Chicken Cubes - 2 

Salt - As req

WHOLE SPICES 

Bay leaf - 3-4 (as req)

Green Cardamom - 5-6

Black Pepper - ½ tsp

Cloves - 5-6 

Cinnamon Sticks - 2

Saffron - 1 pinch

Butter - 50g 

Rose water (1 tbsp) OR essence ( ¼ tsp) - as req 

Oil/Ghee - As Req
