Ingredient's

250 gram Sugar

250 gram Ghee

400 gram Khoya

Almond 50 gram

Pistachio 50 gram

Raisin 50 gram 

Crushed coconut 50 gram

 Cardamom 1 tsp

    Red and Green Ashrafiyan

 250g Water
Orange Peel 1 tsp

     Kewra Essence 3 to 5 Drops 

For Rice

- 1/2 kg sella rice
- 1 tsp food colour ( yellow or red colour)
- Water as req
- 2 to 3 bay leaf
- 2-3 cloves 
 
- Soak Rice For One hour And Cook it (full done) then drain the water -
