Aloo Methi Paratha

Ingredients

1 ½ cup - All purpose flour 
3 - Potatoes(Medium)
1 cup - Fenugreek leaves
 Water as required
2 tbsp - Oil
3 tbsp - Coriander leaves(Fine Chopped)
2 - Red chilies(Fine Chopped)
1 tbsp - Mint leaves(Fine Chopped)
1 tsp - Grated ginger

Dry spices

½ tsp - Cumin powder(Roasted)
½ tsp - Garam masala powder(Roasted)
½ tsp - Dry mango powder
½ tsp - Red chili powder
½ tsp - Turmeric powder
½ tsp - Black salt
½ tsp - Salt
