2kg - Mutton
250g - Brown Onion 
250g - Yogurt 
1 tbsp - Red chili powder
1 tsp - Chili flakes
1/2 tsp - Nutmeg/Mace powder
1 tsp (Ground) Cardamom 
1 tsp - Garam Masala 
1 tsp - Turmeric Powder

For layer 

1 Tomato ( Chopped )
1 ( Large ) Lemon
ΒΌ bunch Coriander Leaves
6-10 Green Chilies 
2 inch Ginger

Green Paste 

7-8 green chilies
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
2 Tbsp coriander leaves
Blend it
