Chicken Broast


 1 kg Chicken 8 Pcs with the Skin

2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 Cup All Purpose Flo Dry Spices

Paprika Powder 1 tsp, Salt 1 tsp, Mustard Powder 1 tsp, Chinese Salt 1/2 tsp, Cinnamon Powder 1/2 tsp, 

1 Egg 

Quarter Cup Milk


Take the Chicken in a bowl and add Lemon Juice and salt in it  it marinate it well and leave it for 30 min. Now lets make it's Seasoned Flour take a bowl add the All Purpose flour in as well as all the Dry Spices and mix it. Now take a medium sized bowl add the Milk and the Egg mix it well. Lets get Fries ready take a pan pour Oil in let it get Hot put the fries in and cook it. When it's been 30 min take the chicken first Dip it in the milk and the egg's mixture dip it well then put it in the Seasoned flour mixture make sure it gets a Good Coating keep doing this process till you are done with all the chicken. now cook it in the Oil. First make it in slow flame so it gets tender from inside when the first side of chicken it brownish colored change the side (MAKE SURE TO CUT 2 LINE'S IN THE LEG PIECE IF NOT IT DOESN'T GET TENDERED FROM INSIDE) keep cooking ti in slow flame so it get's tender from inside after 3 to 2 min start cooking it in High flame while your cooking on high flame the oil will automatically leave the chicken. when it is done it should be Lightest Brown color take it out and serve it with Chips Ketchup and Deep Enjoy.Dont Forget To Make Subscribe To My YouTube Channel Link Below
