Chicken Cholay

Ingredient's

1 kg - Chicken
250g - Cholay (chickpeas) 
½ cup - Tomato paste
1 ½ tbsp - Ginger garlic paste 
¾ cup - Brown onion
Coriander leaves as required 
7 - Green chilies  
2 tbsp - Wheat flour (Chapati flour) 

Dry Spices 

Salt as required  

1 tsp - Coriander powder (Pissa Dhania)
½ tsp - Black pepper (Kali Mirch)
1 ½ tsp - Red chili powder (Surkh Mirch)
½ tsp - Turmeric powder (Haldi)
½ tsp - Paprika powder 
1 tsp - Whole garam masala powder 
½ tsp - Nutmeg and mace powder (Jaifal or Javitri)
1 tsp - Roasted powder (cumin and pepper corn) - (Zeera & Kali Mirch)
