FCD

Chicken Chops

Ingredients

4 Pieces Of Chicken 
1 tbsp - Ginger garlic paste (Adrak lasan Paste)
150g - Yogurt (Dehi)
½  cup - Onion paste 
2 tbsp - Milk (Doodh)
30g - Butter (Makkhan)
¼ cup - Oil
1 pinch - Saffron 
1 tbsp - Rose water OR ¼ tsp - Essence 

Nut paste with green chilies

1 tbsp - Cashew nuts (Kajoo)
1 tsp - Melon seeds (Charmagaz)
1 tbsp - Fresh coconut (Naariyal) 
4 - Green chillies (Hari mirch)

Add little amount of water and blend it. (use this paste for marination)  

Dry spices

1 tsp - Whole garam masala powder
½ tsp - Nutmeg & mace powder (Jaiphal javitri powder)
½ tsp - White pepper (Dakhani mirch)
1 tsp - Paprika powder (Degi mirch)
1 ½ tsp -  Light roasted coriander powder ( Dhanya powder)
1 tsp - Red chili powder (Laal mirch)
½ tsp - Black pepper (Kali mirch)
½ tsp - Turmeric powder (Haldi powder)
1 tsp Salt OR as required
