Chicken Moong Dal Curry

Ingredients

750g - Chicken
1 cup - Moong dal (Roasted)
½ cup - Oil
1 - Onion (Fine chopped)  
Hand full - Coriander leaves (Fine chopped)
1 tbsp - Ginger garlic paste 
1 ½  tbsp - Ginger (Julienne cut)
2 medium - Tomatoes 
5 - Green chillies 
2 - Chicken cubes

Dry spices

½  tsp - Black pepper powder
1 tsp - Fennel powder
1 tsp - Garam masala powder
1 ½ tsp - Red chili powder
1 ½ tsp - Coriander powder (Light Roasted)
½ tsp - Turmeric powder
1 tsp - Cumin & black pepper powder (Roasted)

Whole spices 

1 - Cinnamon 
1 - Black cardamom
5 - Green cardamom
1 - Star anise 
6 - Cloves
