Chicken Patiala

Ingredients

¼ cup - Oil/Butter
1 kg - Chicken
2  Large - Tomatoes (for paste)
2 - Onion (fine chopped)
1 tbsp - Ginger garlic paste
¼ cup - Thick cream
½ cup - Yogurt
3 - hard boiled Eggs

Dry spices

1 tsp - Garam masala powder
1 ½ tsp - Red chili powder
½ tsp - Turmeric powder
1 tsp - Cumin powder (Roasted)
½ tsp - Black pepper powder
1 ½ tsp - Coriander powder (Roasted)
1 ½ tsp - Salt
1 tsp - Dry fenugreek leaves  
1 tsp - Paprika powder

Whole spices

5 - Green cardamom 
1 - Cinnamon stick 
5 - Cloves 
1 - Black cardamom

Dry fruits powder 

10 - Cashew 
10 - Almond
1 tbsp - Poppy seeds
