Chicken Pulao Biryani 


1 Kg Rice 
1 Kg Chicken
250g Tomato
half bunch of coriander leaves
half bunch of mint leaves
12 to 15 Green Chilies 
1 Cup Brown Onion
250g Yogurt
2 tbsp salted and unsalted butter 
Oil ( As required )
water - 5 glass

Dry Spice's

1 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 nutmeg and mace powder
1/2 whole black pepper
1/2 turmeric powder

Whole dry spice's 

2 cinnamon sticks 
2 start anise 
4 to 5 colves
6 to 7 green cardamon
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 bay leafs 

Cook Potato Separately 

half kg potato, while boiling Potato add half tsp salt and half tsp food colour
