1 ½ kg - Beef meat 
750g 8- Potatoes
400g - Brown onion 
300g - Yogurt 
1 - Lemon
3 medium - Tomatoes 
½ bunch - Mint leaves 
7 to 8 - Dry plums (aloo bukhara)
1 tbsp - Tamarind (imli)

For Rice

1 ¼ kg - Rice
½ - Lemon juice 
12 - Green chilies 
¼  bunch - Mint leaves
2 - Cinnamon sticks
3 - Black cardamom 
1 tsp - Black pepper
8 - Green cardamom
7 - Cloves 
2 tsp - Salt

Dry spices 

1 ½ tsp - Red chili powder
1 tbsp - Roasted coriander powder
1 tsp - Nutmeg & mace powder
1 ½ tsp - Garam masala powder
1 ½ tsp - Paprika powder
1 tbsp - Salt
