Jaggery Rice Pudding


Jaggery 375 gram

Water 1/2 Cup

Boil the Jaggery for 10 min's

Basmati Rice 100 gram

Soak the rice for 1/2 an hour

Cream 150 gram

Fresh Coconut 250 gram

Almond, Pistacho, Risens, Cachew nut ( as required)

Milk 1(1/2)Liter

                                                             Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
