Ingredients

600g - Mutton minces 
½ cup - Brown onion
 6 cups - Mutton broth   
7 to 8 - Green chillies 
1 tbsp - Ginger garlic paste 
1 cup - Yogurt 
50g - Butter

Dry spices/Whole spices

1 tbsp - Coriander powder(Light Roasted)

½  tsp - Green cardamom powder
1 tsp - Garam masala powder 
½  tsp - Black cardamom powder
½  tsp - Black cumin powder 
1 tsp - Ginger powder 
½ tsp - Dry mint leaves 
1 tsp - Fennel powder
1 - Cinnamon stick
4 - Bay leafs
1 - Star anise 
1 tsp - Salt
