Ingredients

½ kg - Mutton 
½ kg - Full cream yogurt
1 tsp - Salt
2 tbsp - Oil
5 - Garlic cloves
2 inch - Ginger

Dry spices/Whole spices

2 - Bay leafs
2 - Cinnamon sticks
8 to 10 - Cloves
1 tbsp - Fennel powder
1 tsp - Dry mint leaves
2 - Black cardamom 
10 - Green cardamom 
1 tsp - Black pepper
