Ingredients

For Katori filling 

400g - Chickpeas (Boiled)
250g - Potatoes (Boiled)
½ cup - Onions (Chopped)
½ cup - Tomatoes (Seedless) 
½ cup - Coriander leaves (Fine chopped) 
¼ cup - Mint leaves (Fine chopped)
1 tbsp - Green chilies
Green Chutney as required
Date & Tamarind Chutney as required
Seo nimco for garnishment as required
150g - Yogurt 
1 tsp - Chaat Masala 
½  tsp - Black salt 

For dough

1 tsp - Salt 
2 tbsp - Oil
2 cup - All purpose flour
Tap water as required

Boiled Potatoes 

½ tsp - Salt
¼ tsp - Yellow food color

Boiled Chickpeas

1 tsp - Salt
1 tsp - Ginger garlic paste
2 - Teabags
