Ingredients

1 kg - Mutton
¾ cup - Onion paste
1 tsp - Ginger (Julienne cut)
1 tbsp - Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp - Green chill paste
3 - Tomatoes (Medium)
½ cup - Yogurt

Dry spices

½ tsp - Turmeric powder
1 tsp - Cumin powder (Roasted)
1 tbsp - Coriander powder (Roasted)
½ tsp - Black pepper
1 tsp - Garam masala powder
1 tsp - Red chili powder
Salt as required
