Methi Aloo Ki Sabzi

Ingredients 

1 kg - Methi Saag (fenugreek leaves)
4 Medium - Potatoes (Aloo) 
8 - Green chilies (Fine chopped)
3 - Garlic cloves (Fine chopped)
¼ cup - Oil
½ cup - Butter
2 Medium - Tomatoes
1 tbsp - Ginger garlic paste
½ tsp - Turmeric powder
1 tsp - Red chili powder
Salt as required
